Cancellation and refund policy
Custom development reserves time and produces work specific to your requirements. The written project proposal controls where it includes project-specific cancellation or refund terms.

Before work starts
If you cancel before reserved work begins, contact us promptly. Amounts not already committed to payment-processing costs, third-party purchases, or agreed reservation fees are generally eligible for return under the project agreement.
After a milestone starts
Completed work and time already spent are not automatically refundable. If a project stops mid-milestone, we will document completed work, nonrecoverable costs, and any remaining balance before determining whether a partial refund is due.
Defects and scope disagreements
Report reproducible defects within the review period stated in the project agreement. We will first assess whether the issue is a defect against the approved specification, a third-party change, or a new requirement.
Approved defects are normally corrected under the agreed revision or support terms. A change of strategy, market result, or preference after approval is not by itself a software defect.
How to request review
Email hello@thealgobridge.com with the project and invoice reference, the requested outcome, and relevant evidence. Do not send bank credentials or broker secrets. We will acknowledge the request and explain the next review step.
