Service terms
These website terms provide the general framework for using TheAlgoBridge. A written project proposal or statement of work controls the specific scope, price, milestones, revisions, support, and delivery terms for paid work.

Software services, not financial advice
TheAlgoBridge provides software-development and technical implementation services. We do not act as a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, or signal provider, and we do not guarantee profitability, uptime, fills, or trading outcomes.
You are responsible for validating strategy logic, backtests, broker permissions, market assumptions, risk controls, and any decision to deploy software with real funds.
Scope and client responsibilities
Work begins only after scope and commercial terms are confirmed. You must provide lawful requirements, accurate specifications, timely feedback, and authorized access. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or timeline.
Never share unrestricted credentials through public forms. If restricted technical access is necessary, the agreed project process will define a safer channel and revocation steps.
Ownership and third-party services
Ownership and license terms are specified in the project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, final custom source code transfers after all applicable invoices are paid; pre-existing tools and third-party dependencies retain their original rights.
Broker, TradingView, hosting, exchange, data, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or fail independently of our work.
Payments, cancellations, and disputes
Invoices and payment stages follow the written project agreement. Review the refund policy and contact us promptly if an invoice or delivery appears incorrect.
Availability and liability
The website and portal may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited by the applicable written project agreement; nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
